Dr. Breen has been in practice as a board-certified ophthalmologist in Northern Kentucky since 1995. His mission is to give his patient’s the best possible eye care including surgery if it is needed. Dr. Breen and his staff members are dedicated to treating you the way they would want to be treated themselves. When the office is open you will not get a recorded message when you call but instead you will talk directly to a person. The staff is available and willing to schedule an appointment or answer any of your questions.Dr. Breen treats eye problems and injuries, performs routine eye exams on adults and children, and performs several different types of eye surgery all in Northern Kentucky. He performs Cataract surgery, Glaucoma surgery, Lasik, PRK, Eye muscle surgery, and Laser procedures for Diabetes and Glaucoma. Diabetic eye screenings are available for those that have diabetes once a month in the Covington and Grant County locations of St. Elizabeth. |

Dr. Minix is a general ophthalmologist with a practice emphasis on medical diseases of the eye. He received his medical degree from the University of Kentucky in 1995. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine at The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, OH in 1996 followed by his residency in Ophthalmology at the University of Kentucky in 1999.Dr. Minix’s family has been in the eye business in KY for over 100 years. His father is a retired ophthalmologist (eye MD) and practiced in Eastern KY for nearly thirty years. His maternal grandfather, great grandfather, great aunt and great uncle were all optometrists with a practice emphasis on routine eye exams, glasses and contact lenses.Dr. Minix is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. |
