I’m Dr. Charles J. Breen, an experienced, board-certified ophthalmologist practicing in Northern Kentucky since 1995. My mission is to give you the best possible eye care, including surgery if you need it. My staff and I are dedicated to treating you the way we would want to be treated ourselves. When the office is open you will not get a recorded message when you call us, but instead you will talk directly to a person. My staff will listen and answer any of your questions.

I perform surgery, treat eye problems and injuries, and perform routine eye exams at my offices in Florence and Ft. Thomas, Kentucky. I perform LASIK, PRK, cataract surgery, glaucoma surgery, eye muscle surgery and Laser procedures for Diabetes and Glaucoma. Eye care for children is an important part of my practice.
